One of my hacking mentors told me to come here and post some stuff I found while struggling to edit a difficult ROM. It's been ages because I'm lazy, but I'm finally here. Until I understand more about this wiki, I guess I'll be posting my findings on this page.

Dragon Warrior IV

I'm trying to locate the text for the NES version, the game I grew up on. I made a table using save files, which shows up at least with the chapter titles:

Card Hands (for Poker game?) listed at 0005-C2F0: oyal lush ind traight ouse ouble (etc.)

For the text itself, I haven't yet located anything useful using relative searches - which leads me to expect heavy DTE.

I got some info from this, but offhand I forget what (it's been a while). Guess I'll post it here eventually.
