- Yes, there should be a link for downloading. I think a rule that hack pages without a link should be deleted if a link cannot be provided would be reasonable.
- A rule from Wikipedia, which is not offically in the rules for this site, but is reasonable: Do not use the edit summary to discuss the page. Use the talk/discussion page for that. It just makes things easier to keep track of.
