One of the notes on this page in a "to do" list talks about UltraMap.

I want to know what "UltraMap" is, or was, whenever that was put in the wiki.

The top google results for UltraMap right now are for mapping a controller config for the sake of emulators. That doesn't sound relevant to the idea of having any kind of world map data for pokemon red. The url here https://forums.launchbox-app.com/files/file/1048-ultramap-ugc-files-9200/ requires registration to download a zip file that has thousands of ".ugc" files. Not a single .ini file.
