Huffman Coding Derivative

Background tile graphics in Battletoads & Double Dragon are compressed using the same Huffman coding derivative used earlier in Battletoads (Game Boy) and Battletoads in Ragnarok's World, and used later in the Donkey Kong Land trilogy.
