Bionic Commando has been extensively hacked.

Utilities

There are no known Utilities for Bionic Commando.

Hacks

There are two known ROM hacks for Bionic Commando. They are called Bionic Commando 99 which restores the Nazi-related elements of the game and Bionic Hippy Commando which turns the Bionic Commando into a 1960s hippie.

Miscellaneous

This game started out as "Hitler no Fukkatsu - Top Secret" in Japan. But before releasing it to North America and Europe, they removed all references to Adolf Hitler and the Nazis and released it as the generic platform game Bionic Commando.
