Emulators
Currently only three Xbox 360 emulators exist: Xenia, Xenia Canary, and Fission. Both versions of Xenia are best suited for ROM hacking as Fission only plays select games unless you have a modded Xbox One/Series X|S (no known CFW available as of writing)
ROM Images
Xbox 360 ROM images come in three variants: ISOs, GODs (Games On Disc) and JTAG/RGH/XBLA digital. ISO and GOD can be freely converted between, as well as to JTAG, but JTAG cannot be converted to ISO/GOD
