NES rom documents typically account for the header since it is present at the beginning of every .NES file (unlike .SMC for example). It would be consistent to also do so here. NES rom documents typically account for the header since it is present at the beginning of every .NES file (unlike .SMC for example). It would be consistent to also do so here.
