"Since English, and specifically American Standard English, is the primary language of this wiki, game consoles will  be referred to primarily by the name they were released under in the United States." It doen't make any sense to me, and I see no logical relation there since the original jananese names are english anyway... If Final Fantasy VI wasn't re-released in the USA in FFAnthology, then we would call it "Final Fantasy III" ??? :Final Fantasy is a special case because of the numbering system confusion in the United States. Remember, not all Japanese console/game names are English. If we're going for maximum fidelity, we should start calling it the 任天堂ファミコン. Obviously that's a bit overboard, but you see my point.

Final Fantasy is a special case because of the numbering system confusion in the United States. Remember, not all Japanese console/game names are English.
