(Changed formatting of INES template to include a new section, "ROM Data Formats", for the purposes of describing how a particular game's data is set up to work.)
(Removed "ROM Data Formats" from INES Template. I feel it's not approriate for all games across the board. (Prefer to make this game-specific in "Miscellaneous" sections as needed instead.))
