Format
- 00-03 (04) = "bxt " header
- 04-07 (04) = Unknown
- 08-0B (04) = Number of entries
- 0C-.. (..) = Offset table; typically terminated with 0x0
- ..-.. (..) = Standard MOTHER 3 text data
- ..-.. (04) = "~bxt" footer
