The BMD format contains text for Persona 3/4. The format is in little endian.

0x00 1 byte Chunk ID
0x04 2 bytes Size of the file
0x08 4 bytes MSG1 Magic Identifier
0x0c 4 bytes Null
0x10 2 bytes End of text table
0x14 2 bytes Amount of offsets in offset table
0x18 1 byte Amount of entries
0x1c 4 bytes 20000

After the header, there is a table with each entry being 2 bytes.
