The following article is a Tutorial for Pokémon 3rd Generation/Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen.
Hex address to wild Pokemon
NOTE: This hacking I test in EUROPE (Spanish) version games.
Go to 3C4550 address corresponding to Route 101 at the beginning of the game.
Then, in these address change the wild pokemon code, with the hex pokemon code that you like appear.
Hex address to Poke Market in first town
NOTE: This hacking I test in EUROPE (Spanish) version games.
Go to 16A330 address showing the codes first town.
Then you can change the code of first item that they sell you, to other code, for example a MasterBall (code 0100).

In this tut I will teach you how to change the floor number.
Before: http://img503.imageshack.us/img503/3886/beforefloorchangeid3.png
First switch to proffesonal view: http://img258.imageshack.us/img258/1645/beforeproffesonalviewsb3.png
Then go to the value in the red square: http://img443.imageshack.us/img443/3182/beforechangefloortt2.png
Edit it like so: Floor two: http://img215.imageshack.us/img215/9263/floor2lt9.png
you get the results: two: http://img443.imageshack.us/img443/7397/floor2be3.png
P.S this is in hex so u need to do A for ten etc P.S you can put whatever u want like add more zeros so u can reach 100 floors! Or write A4 for 20 floors!(This works for BF, but the values go by the set values posted below: http://img259.imageshack.us/img259/8475/overtenjc4.png
For BFloor use 7FX03 the x is the value ex: F=1 E=2 D=3 C=4 B=5 A=6 9=7 8=6 7=5 6=4 5=3 4=2 3=1 2=0 1 and 0 do nothing.(These values are for BF only!) heres a pic: http://img510.imageshack.us/img510/4551/bf2gw3.png
It makes: http://img413.imageshack.us/img413/4381/belowfloorkm9.png
