Last time I added to this I added some keywords that appear in most of the spams (viagra etc.), from looking at the latest spamfest it didn't work. Upon reading the instructions more carefully, I noticed it actually only works on the hostname part of the URL. Why does it work this way? This makes it impossible to use the blacklist to prevent future spams.
