There are no known utilities.

Hacks

Fan Translations

A fan translation exists, that translate all Japanese text in to English; it is available to download as a patch.

The ROM has been expanded to 4MB (from 2MB) and the new English text starts at 0x200000 due to insufficient space in the ROM and the increased size of the English text vs the Japanese text. Pointers have been adjusted to accommodate the moving of the data, and a half-width font system has been implemented for most of the displayed text. This patch introduces a few minor errors (see the patch's readme for more details).
